Kent Post started documenting catastrophic personal injury cases while preparing for his thesis at The University of Miami Film School. Utilizing his student crew, Kent produced “A Day In The Life Of A Quadriplegic”. The 16mm BxW film was shown to a Dade County Jury, who rendered at that time, a record multi-million dollar verdict. Kent immediately founded his production company specializing in personal injury and wrongful death. With over 30 years as a film and video producer, he has produced over 1,000 personal injury and wrongful death documentaries, resulting in billions of dollars in verdicts and settlements. He has worked with and learned from some of the most highly regarded trial attorneys in the country.

Raul De La Cruz
Raul de la Cruz joined Tort Video in 2005 and teamed with Kent Post in building a state of the art editing studio. Prior to joining our team, Raul worked for many years as a Cameraman and Editor for several major networks, including NBC and Univision. Raul is a highly accomplished Cinematographer, and has been behind the camera on hundreds of Commercial and Industrial Videos. In addition, Raul is fluent in English and Spanish and he has been instrumental in developing “Day in the Life” lighting and camera techniques in the production of our documentaries.

Gage Eggleston
Gage is Tort Video’s Director of its Orlando office. He is not only a seasoned cinematographer, but his engaging personality and sense of empathy allows him to obtain raw and insightful stories of pain and suffering and loss of quality of life. Gage is a great asset to the entire Tort Video team.

Erick Probeck
Erick joins the Tort Video team as an accomplished cinematographer in the production of many films dealing with a wide range of serious social issues. He has also written and directed some nationally acclaimed documentaries including his gritty and emotional treatment of mental health issues and tropical cyclones. His passion to reveal the struggles of those suffering with injuries and loss makes for a perfect fit with Tort Video’s mission.

Lara Hickox
Lara is Tort Video’s director of foreign language documentaries. She has a multi-faceted filmmaking background steeped in documentaries and journalistic work. Lara has produced documentaries throughout the Americas as well as Europe. In addition to English, Lara is fluent in Spanish, French and Italian. The diversity of her work and her passion to tell the story of injustices to others, makes Lara an invaluable part of Tort Video.

Kyle James Post
Kyle is Tort Video’s Director of Editing. His knowledge of cutting-edge software and advanced editing techniques is impressive. He has a deep understanding of the execution of precise editing necessary to communicate the story of victims of negligence.

Keanu Palmer
Keanu Palmer became a part of our team in 2010, bringing with him a deep passion for visual storytelling. With a background in film production and post-production, Keanu played a key role in refining our editing techniques and implementing cutting-edge technology in our workflow. Before joining us, he worked extensively as a Director of Cinematography, collaborating on numerous commercial, corporate, and documentary projects. His keen eye for composition and lighting has elevated countless productions, making him an invaluable asset to our creative team.

Julian Malman
Julian Malman is the Marketing Director at Tort Video, responsible for managing the company’s marketing, social media, and client outreach. He regularly represents Tort Video at industry events, builds relationships with law firms, and helps grow the company’s visibility through digital content, podcast coordination, and strategic communication.

Dr. Denise Jeffrey
Denise joined Tort Video in 2012 and has been an invaluable resource in both the production and post-production of over 1000 video documentaries. Her vast knowledge of medical care and medical documentation has guided our producers in every production. Denise grew up in Long Island, NY, and received her Bachelor of Science degree from Long Island University. She moved to Florida in 1999 and obtained her Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Florida.
