Our business model mirrors that of a plaintiff’s attorney, with a wait-to-be-paid formula. Tort Video has been fortunate to be in business for decades and has built a steady stream of revenue from completed video projects. As a result, we are currently receiving payment on projects initialized two to five years ago. We actually encourage our clients to bring us in at the very beginning, even though it means getting paid years later. If possible, we should document the damage immediately, before any healing takes place. In keeping with that approach, Tort Video does not nickel-and-dime; instead, we charge a flat fee that includes all services and expenses.
